The Scottish guitarist played along side the legendary Walter Trout but showed us all his technique is up there with the best of them like Walter, he blew the crowd away with his incredible improvised solo in a cover of BB King’s “Thrill is gone” which he played with the band.

Alan and his brother Stevie started off in a group called the Blackwater Blues Band until they formed the Nimmo Brothers in 1995, where both of whom sing and play guitar. In 2008 Alan and Lindsay Coulson (also from the Nimmo Brothers joined to form King King.
King King’s first album “Broken Heal” was launched in late 2008 and since then have released 3 more studio albums with their most recent “Exile and Grace” reached number 31 on the UK album charts and was top of the Amazon Blues Charts.
